I am offering my bird farm and house in Winchester, CA for sale. The bird compound has been vacant since October 2010 and is in clean, well-maintained condition.
It is in a safe rural area (we were there with birds since 1987 with no theft or any other related issue) on three acres.

The aviaries are located behind a high block wall and there is peripheral area behind the wall that can be patrolled by dogs.
There are 182 suspended flights with visual barriers that range from 4 feet to 20 feet in length.
Most of the flights are 5-6 feet in length. There are easy to access inspection/security aisles behind the nestboxes.
This "outer security wall" also protects against attacks by predators.There is a concrete walkway in the main aisles.

An old trailer on the property in included for quarantine/isolation use and there are some metal storage sheds there as well.
There are many mature eucalyptus and pepper trees on the property. Excellent quality well water is included and there is an overhead sprinkler system
